Share & Earn Terms and Conditions

These terms are written in plain English for ease of reading. They are not legal advice. If you have questions about your obligations, consider seeking independent advice.
Definitions
- "Inspire", "we", "us", "our" means Inspire Telecom Limited.
- "Program" means the Inspire Share & Earn referral/affiliate scheme described in these terms.
- "Partner" means an individual accepted into the Program who may earn Commission by making Referrals.
- "Referral" means a new customer who (i) is not an existing or previous Inspire customer; (ii) signs up via your unique referral link or code; (iii) activates their service with at least a broadband package; and (iv) pays their first bill.
- "Successful Referral" means a Referral that is not cancelled and does not terminate within the clawback period specified in Section 4.
- "Commission" means the payment due to you for each Successful Referral as set out in Section 4.
1. Program Overview
The Inspire Share & Earn program is a referral/affiliate scheme that allows participants ("Partners") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Inspire Telecom Limited ("Inspire", "we", "us", or "our"). This does not create an employment, worker, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
Partners act independently and are responsible for their own business and legal compliance, including tax. Nothing in these terms prevents us or you from working with others. Any employment or worker status will be determined by law based on actual working practices, not labels used in these terms.
2. Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on earnings from the Program, including informing HMRC of any income received through referrals.
Referral income may be subject to Income Tax and National Insurance depending on your circumstances.
Visit GOV.UK for Tax Guidance →Inspire will not deduct tax or National Insurance from your payments. You may need to register for Self Assessment if your total untaxed income exceeds £1,000 in a tax year.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a UK resident
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You must hold a valid UK bank account and provide valid UK identification
- You must not be an Inspire Telecom employee or contractor
- You do not need to be an Inspire customer to participate
4. Commission Structure & Payment Schedule
Commission Details
- • £50 per Successful Referral (residential or business)
- • £60 per referral after your 10th Successful Referral 🎉
- • Referral count will reset every month
- • Referral must include at least broadband service to qualify
- • Referral contract must be for a minimum of 24 months
- • No limit on the number of referrals per month
- • No minimum payout threshold
Payment Requirements & Timeline
📋 Payout Requirements
To receive payments, you must:
- Hold a valid UK bank account in your own name
- Provide valid UK identification (passport or driving licence)
- Complete our identity verification process
- Customer signs up using your unique referral code or link
- Customer activates service and pays their first bill (typically between the 25th and 1st)
- Your Commission becomes payable 14 days after the customer's payment clears
- Payment is made by bank transfer to your nominated UK bank account. In any event, payment will be made no later than 45 days after the payment-cleared date, provided we have your verified bank details, completed identity verification, and you are not in breach of these terms.
⚠️ Clawback Policy
If a referred customer cancels their service or terminates their contract without paying any applicable termination fee within 90 days of activation (the “clawback period”), the Commission for that referral will be deducted from future earnings or must be repaid on demand.
5. Referral Tracking Requirements
For a Referral to be valid and eligible for Commission:
- The customer must sign up using your unique referral code or link
- The referral must be a new customer (not an existing or previous Inspire customer)
- The customer must sign up for at least a broadband service for a minimum of 24 months (additional services like phone, mobile or TV are optional)
- The customer must complete the sign-up process, activate their service, and pay their first bill
- The referral link must be the last touchpoint before sign-up (last-click attribution). We may use cookies and internal systems to determine attribution.
6. Marketing Guidelines & Brand Usage
Permitted Activities
- Using official marketing materials provided by Inspire
- Sharing your referral link on social media, websites, and email
- Providing factual information about Inspire services
- Sharing your genuine experience as a customer or partner
Prohibited Activities
- Modifying, altering, or misusing Inspire logos, trademarks, or brand materials
- Creating unauthorized marketing materials using Inspire branding
- Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Inspire services
- Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive practices
- Bidding on Inspire trademark terms in paid advertising
- Impersonating Inspire or claiming to be an official representative
Disclosure requirement: When posting content that includes your referral link or code, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission (for example, using “#ad”, “affiliate”, or an equally clear disclosure) in line with UK ASA/CAP rules and consumer protection law.
7. Partner Conduct
As a Partner, you agree to:
- Act with integrity and in good faith
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that could harm Inspire’s reputation
- Maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information
- Not make any warranties or guarantees on behalf of Inspire
8. Data Protection
You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Partners must not collect, store, or process any prospective or existing customer personal data outside Inspire’s official referral mechanisms. Do not retain, reuse, or sell any personal data obtained through the Program.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with written notice. Inspire may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to our business.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of Inspire marketing materials and remove Inspire branding from your channels. Any accrued but unpaid Commission remains subject to these terms, including clawback.
10. Limitation of Liability
Inspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed the Commissions paid to you in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Modifications
We may modify these terms (including Commission rates) by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email for material changes. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your participation immediately without penalty before the changes take effect. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
